For the fifth year, the Warren Ferris Cemetery will be featured on the East White Rock Garden Tour, an annual event that draws more than 1,000 visitors to the showcased gardens throughout the neighborhood.

During the tour, poet Derrick Walker will perform original poetry and song, while artists Angie Leon and Jose Padron create live murals within the cemetery grounds, transforming the space through art, history, and community engagement.

Last year, visitors were fortunate to witness a chrysalis hatching into a Monarch butterfly — a beautiful reminder of renewal and transformation. We hope this year’s tour brings another unforgettable moment from nature.
